In this video, we will take a short walkthrough of AmmoReady’s backend Dashboard.
Once you login to your account, you will be taken to the main Dashboard page.
This page gives you a quick glance at your most recent orders and sales.
On the Store tab you can enter public information about your business, upload your logo, add your Google Analytics tag, adjust storefront display settings, and claim your FFL to your account.
On the Design tab you can adjust the appearance, layout and styling of your storefront. You also have the option to insert custom HTML, CSS, or JavaScript into your storefront via the custom code section.
On the Menu tab you can add, edit or remove the menu links that appear in your storefront’s header section.
On the Checkout tab you can enter your payment gateway credentials and toggle several options that affect the customers experience at checkout. You can adjust tax collection settings, as well as several options for collecting assorted fees.
On the Shipping tab you can set different shipping fees for any on-hand inventory, as well as for each individual distributor you have connected.
On the Distributors tab you can enter your account credentials by selecting one of our distributor partners from the dropdown list. If you’re unsure of the credentials you need, please review our help article about connecting distributors for a list of what we’ll need.
On the Brands tab you can hide or un-hide a brand from appearing on your storefront, adjust brand specific pricing markup, toggle MAP, and enable add to cart for price options.
On the Categories tab you can view the available categories that products are categorized into on your storefront. You can hide or un-hide a category, feature up to six categories, and add SEO tags to category specific pages.
On the Markups tab you can adjust the pricing markup by percentage for all products on your storefront. You can also set category specific markups as a percentage or flat fee.
On the Integrations tab you can view which data fees you have installed and connected to your storefront.
The Orders tab is where you can view all active, closed or cancelled customer orders. By clicking on an order, you can view the order details. You can then click through to view the fulfillment information and status.
The Customers tab is where you can view customer account and guest checkout information.
The Shipments tab will display any shipments processed through AmmoReady’s shipping label option.
The Gift cards tab is where you create and view gift cards for customer redemption at checkout.
Similar to gift cards, the Coupons tab is where you can create and view any coupons for customer redemption at checkout.
The On Sale Now tab is where you can view any products that you have previously marked as "on sale."
The Reports tab is where you can view different types of reports and filter by several options. You can then export this data to a CSV file.
The Inventory tab is where you can view any on-hand inventory you have uploaded or added from your distributor catalog. Clicking on a product will bring you to the product's information page. You can then set an item on sale, override select information, or click edit on your local inventory to further edit any details.
The Catalog tab is where you can view the product catalog of all distributor products. You can search by UPC or filter by product type, for example. Clicking on a product will take you to the product’s information page.
The Product Overrides tab will display an overrides that are currently active on your storefront.
The Fulfillments tab is where you can view a list of all order fulfillments that you have placed.
The Dealer Orders tab is where you view all active, closed or cancelled dealer orders. You can place a dealer order by clicking on the green order button from a distributor product page.
The FFL Requests tab is where you submit your FFL for our team to review. Once it is approved, you can then claim the FFL to your account on the Store tab .
The Collections tab is where you can create and view the custom product collections on your storefront.
The Pages tab is where you can view and edit all custom pages on your storefront, including your Homepage. To edit a specific page, click on the page name. Here you can make use of our Content Widgets to edit the page.
The Posts tab is where you can utilize your storefront’s blog feature.
Several free and paid add-ons are available for you to install via the Add-Ons tab. These include features like Email Capture, Back In Stock Notifications, or integrating with one of our point of sale partners.
The Manage Profiles tab allows you to create separate user profiles to login and manage specific parts of your storefront.
From your AmmoReady dashboard, you can also view our documentation by clicking on Help Articles. These will help explain in more detail the topics discussed in this video.
