Override Catalog price or description

This article explains how to set an override Price or Description on a Catalog item

  1. From the dashboard, select the Catalog tab:

  2. Browse to the Product you want to override in the Catalog (search by UPC):

  3. After selecting the item, in the top right corner of the Product detail page click the "Override" button:

  4. Enter a "Price, Description and/or Keywords for SEO" in the pop-up form and click the "Save Product" button
    ​

  5. The override Price and/or Description will be displayed in the storefront instead of COST + MARKUP and/or the default Product description.

  • The Hide in storefront option will remove the item from the front end of your site. However, the item will still remain in the backend catalog.
