Match-only Mode
This mode will only match inventory quantity/price by UPC. New merchant-specific products will not be created.
> Must contain [UPC, Quantity, Customer Price] headers (order does not matter)

Match-or-create Mode
​This mode tries to match quantity/pricing by UPC, but if no match is found, then create a merchant-specific product.
